SAN MATEO, CA: Biz360 has forged a partnership with Feedster, an internet search
engine and ad network
for RSS feeds.
The partnership will provide Biz360 with active blog feeds, helping it to track
more than 15 million
blogs and wikis
for its customers.
Tony
Priore, senior
manager of market
strategy for Biz360,
said that although
the company already
tracks its own
blogs, the union
would help it easily
identify and add
new blog sources.
"It
ensures that the
content is fresh,
up to date, and
relevant," he said, adding that it also weeds out spam blogs, or splogs. "It's all about quality content and reliable analytics. You have to know that
the content is
good to trust the
results you are
getting."
The
new blog tracking
capabilities are
available as part
of Biz360's Market360
product, as well
as LexisNexis'
MarketImpact, and
StrategyOne's MediaMind.
