Begin Strategic Alliance

SAN FRANCISCO: Biz360 and Context Analytics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Text
100, have formed
a strategic partnership.
The alliance is
designed to combine
Biz360's quantitative
metrics service
- highlighted by
its Market360 application
- with Context
Analytics' qualitative
analysis.
You Mon Tsang, founder and VP, corporate development for Biz360, said that because
the two companies
often worked on
the same clients
in the past, a
formal partnership
was logical. He
added that five
companies have
consistently used
both Biz360 and
Context Analytics
for projects, including
Genentech and VeriSign.
'We
complement each
other in a lot
of ways, and I
think that this
combination will
attract a lot of
(companies) to
see what we have
to offer,' added
Steve Astle, SVP
of Context Analytics.
'I think it's going
to be a meaningful
partnership.'
This
is Context Analytics'
first such strategic
partnership. Biz360
already has similar
relationships with
other research
firms, including
CARMA and Knowledge
Capital Group.
